RETURN POLICY

During the purchasing process, it is inevitable that you will receive the wrong product or a product with manufacturing defects. Therefore, we always offer reasonable return policies so that customers can feel secure when purchasing

1. Steps to exchange goods

– Step 1: Contact Hotline: 0961126000 for support: Read the phone number + customer name for the shop to check on the system

– Step 2: After the shop accepts the exchange, please repackage the goods and send them to the shop’s address. Clearly state the phone number + name (You can send via: GHN, GHTK, Viettel post, J&T, Post Office,…)

– Step 3: Track the order and send a confirmation message to the shop when the goods have been signed for at the shop for the shop to process. (The shop processes a lot of orders every day, so to ensure the fastest return, customers please contact the shop)

2. Cases of refusal to return

– Only accept returns when the product has not been used and is new

– Discounted products

3. Notes on returns

– The value of the exchange order must be equal to or greater than the value of the previous order.

– The customer keeps the gift

4. Exchange costs

– In case of manufacturing errors or wrong product delivery, the shop will bear all return costs
